Initial Consultation

Our compassionate professionals will perform a comprehensive medical evaluation and design an evidence-based individualized plan for each patient to include lifestyle modification (diet, exercise), supplements, injections, and frequent ongoing support visits.

Initial Consultation & Physical is Required for New Patients. 

Monthly Check-In

Our experienced staff will evaluate progress at your monthly follow-up appointments. Labs are included.

Minimum of 3 Months.

Medications Available:

• Ozempic (Semaglutide)
• Mounjaro (Tirzepatide)

Medically Assisted Weight Loss Program is not included in the Star Membership Program.

Long-Term patients of Amour Family Clinic may qualify for discounted rate.
